Recommended client roster#
| Client role | Sections to assign | Permission |
|---|---|---|
| Project sponsor (CFO / FM) | All — read-only | Approver |
| Finance lead | Income, Suppliers, Depreciation | Contributor |
| HR / payroll lead | Labor (§3) | Contributor |
| Procurement lead | Suppliers (§4) | Contributor |
| L&D lead (training) | Capacity building (§5) | Contributor |
Adding users#
- 1Open the report → Settings → Client Users.
- 2Click Add User. Enter full name, email, and role.
- 3Restrict the user to specific sections — a payroll officer should not see supplier data.
- 4Click Send Invite. A setup-password email is sent (link valid 72 hours).
- 5Track invite status from the same screen — Pending / Active / Disabled.
Re-use client users across years
Client user accounts are scoped to the entity, so the same person can be invited to next year's engagement with one click — no need to reissue a password.
