Stage 8 — Exporting the final PDF and Excel

Generate the submission-ready files and understand which template each export follows.

  • PDF report — narrative version including AUP results, signed and stamped, ready for partner signature.
  • Filled measurement model (Excel) — a copy of the official LCGPA template populated with your numbers; cells are protected, formulas intact (LCGPA §1.4(a)).
  • Workpapers (Excel) — supporting schedules: payroll grid, supplier ranking, depreciation register, sampling sheets.
  • Audit log (PDF) — full action history for the engagement (imports, edits, sign-offs).
Exports are generated server-side using your latest saved data. Re-run them after every change so the file matches the on-screen state.
