| Method | Best for | Validation |
|---|---|---|
| Excel template | Bulk loads (payroll grids, supplier ledgers >500 rows). | Schema check + per-cell type/range validation. |
| Manual entry | Adjustments, single rows, late corrections. | Inline validators per field. |
Universal upload flow#
- 1Open the section (Income, Labor, Suppliers…) → click Import.
- 2Download the template for that section if you don't have one.
- 3Upload the filled file. The platform shows a preview with detected columns.
- 4Confirm column mapping. Suggested mappings are pre-selected.
- 5Click Validate. Errors are highlighted with row + cell + reason; download as CSV to fix offline.
- 6Click Commit. Data lands in the section grid with a versioned import receipt.
Imports are versioned
Every import creates a snapshot you can roll back to from Section → History. Re-importing does not append — it replaces by primary key (employee number, supplier ID).
