Responding to clarifications

How clarification requests work, where to find them, and how the conversation thread keeps everyone aligned.

When the auditor needs more information they raise a Clarification. You will receive an email and an in-portal notification. Each clarification has a status (Open, Answered, Closed) and a thread for back-and-forth.

  • Open the Clarifications tab from the report sidebar.
  • Click the request to read the full context and any linked figures.
  • Type your response, attach files if needed, then submit.
  • The auditor reviews and either accepts or follows up — you will be notified.
