Signing in: CPA vs Client portal
There are two separate entry points. Picking the right one depends on the user account you were issued.

CPA firm members#
Use the main sign-in page at /login. After authentication you land on your CPA office dashboard at /{your-cpa-office}/dashboard. If your account has access to multiple CPA offices you will be asked to pick one.
Client users#
Use the Client Portal sign-in at /cp/login. New client users receive an email with a setup-password link the first time they are added by the CPA firm.
Wrong portal? You will be redirected
If a CPA user opens
/cp/login (or vice versa), the platform automatically routes them to the correct dashboard — no need to remember the URL precisely.Forgot your password?#
- 1Click "Forgot password" on the relevant sign-in page.
- 2Enter the email registered with your account.
- 3Check your inbox for the reset link (valid for 24 hours).
- 4Set a new password, then sign in normally.
Single sign-on (SSO)
CPA offices on Enterprise plans can enable Microsoft / Google SSO from CPA Office Settings → Security → Identity provider. Once enabled, members sign in with their work account and password rotation policies are inherited.
